Commission

This refers to the fee you agree to pay for the services provided from your real estate consultant and our company as a result of effecting a sale of your property. It is normal practice with our company that if no sale is made as a result of our efforts, then no commission shall be payable for our service.

Commission Charges

We work for you “Free of charge” until we get you a result you are happy to sign, so the fees debate is virtually irrelevant. If you aren’t happy – don’t sign the offer, it’s as simple as that.
